Exchanges
To exchange an online purchase for a different model, you need to return the original item and place a new order.
All items bought on Zapateriajoseluisdeza.com can be exchanged.
Items being exchanged must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Returns
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by filling in the form we send you with your order details and placing it inside the parcel together with the item or items you wish to return, in perfect condition and properly protected — that is, in their original, undamaged packaging.
If the return is not accepted by Zapatería José Luis Deza because the item is considered to have been used or not to meet the conditions described above, we will inform you and the items will remain in our shop for you to collect for a period of no more than 30 days from the date we receive them.

You may choose the carrier for the return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Yes. We will refund you using the same payment method you used. You will need to bring the item you wish to return in its original packaging together with the receipt enclosed with your order, or the invoice, which you can print from the website. If the item was a gift, please note that you will need to bring the gift receipt.
The period for any return is 14 days from the date the products are delivered.
Return costs are paid by the customer.
We will refund the price of the item using the same payment method you used, once the item reaches us.

Zapateriajoseluisdeza.com reserves the right to refuse returns notified or sent outside the stated period, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
